Abstract

TECIDO MULTICAMADAS COMPOSTO TRANSPARENTE À BASE DE NANOFIBRAS. Tecido multicamadas composto (1), que compreende pelo menos uma camada de nanofibras (11) com nanofibras com diâmetros abaixo de 100 nm e uma camada de suporte (12) com microfibras com diâmetros abaixo de três mícrons, em que as camadas (11, 12) foram produzidas por eletrofiação e o tecido multicamadas (1) apresenta uma transmitância geral (T%) em ¿ = 550 nm maior que 60%, é divulgado, o que apresenta propriedades melhoradas em relação à transparência, respirabilidade e robustez. Isto é conseguido em que a pelo menos uma camada de nanofibras (11) e a camada de suporte (12) são fundidas, formando domínios sólidos (Ds) no tecido multicamadas (1), em áreas fechadas de um padrão usado no processo de produção, em que os domínios sólidos (Ds) são separados uns dos outros ou conectados, apresentando formas definidas, com distribuição espacial regular ou irregular, enquanto a morfologia da fibra de nanofibras da camada de nanofibras (11) e microfibras da camada de suporte (12) é preservada na parte superior das áreas abertas ao lado dos domínios sólidos (Ds), atingindo uma transmitância geral maior do que a dada pela soma das camadas individuais (11, 12).
