Abstract
LEVEDURAS APRIMORADAS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE CERVEJA. A presente invenção refere-se a cervejas com sabor estabilizado e a métodos para produzir cervejas com sabor estabilizado. Mais especificamente, a presente divulgação fornece métodos e composições para a produção de cerveja com sabor estabilizado que tem riboflavina baixa com o uso de levedura modificada para fermentar um mosto.
