Abstract

MOLÉCULAS DE LIGAÇÃO AO CD137, MOLÉCULA DE LIGAÇÃO AO PD-L1, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E ÁCIDO NUCLEICO. A presente invenção refere-se às moléculas de ligação que têm um ou mais sítios de ligação ao epítopo específicos para um epítopo de CD137, que inclui anticorpos, e moléculas que compreendem fragmentos de ligação ao epítopo das mesmas. A invenção se refere, adicionalmente, às moléculas de ligação multiespecíficas que compreendem um ou mais sítios de ligação ao epítopo específicos para um epítopo de CD137 e um ou mais sítios de ligação ao epítopo específicos para um epítopo de um antígeno tumoral (TA) (por exemplo, a Molécula de Ligação ao CD137 x TA). Em uma modalidade, tais Moléculas de Ligação ao CD137 x TA serão moléculas biespecíficas, especialmente diacorpos tetravalentes biespecíficos que têm dois sítios de ligação ao epítopo cada um específico para um epítopo de CD137 e dois sítios de ligação ao epítopo cada um específico para um epítopo de um TA. Alternativamente, tais Moléculas de Ligação ao CD137 x TA serão moléculas biespecíficas que têm dois sítios de ligação ao epítopo cada um específico para um epítopo de CD137 e um sítio de ligação ao epítopo específico para um epítopo de um TA. A invenção também fornece Moléculas de Ligação inovadoras, assim como derivados das mesmas e usos das mesmas. A invenção se refere às composições farmacêuticas que contêm tais moléculas de CD137.
