Abstract

DERIVADO DE ADAMANTILA DISSUBSTITUÍDO OU SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL DO MESMO, E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA SUPRIMIR O CRESCIMENTO DE CÂNCER COMPREENDENDO O MESMO COMO INGREDIENTE ATIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a: um derivado de adamantila dissubstituído ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, e uma composição farmacêutica anticâncer e um kit contendo a mesma como um ingrediente ativo. O derivado de adamantila dissubstituído de acordo com a presente invenção suprime o crescimento de células de câncer por direcionamento do complexo I das mitocôndrias ETC e destruição do metabolismo de células de câncer e, assim, pode ser útil como uma composição farmacêutica anticâncer que é um agente terapêutico poderoso contra câncer dependente da fosforilação oxidativa a fim de produzir o ATP.
