Abstract
ARTIGO DE CATALISADOR, PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO DE CATALISADOR, APARELHO PARA PREPARAR O ARTIGO CATALÍTICO, SISTEMA DE EXAUSTÃO, MÉTODOS PARA TRATAR UMA CORRENTE DE EXAUSTÃO E PARA REDUZIR OS NÍVEIS DE HIDROCARBONETOS, MONÓXIDO DE CARBONO E ÓXIDO DE NITROGÊNIO E USO DO CATALISADOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo de catalisador de controle de emissão que compreende: um substrato que tem uma extremidade axial de entrada e de saída, uma camada de washcoat inferior revestida no comprimento de 60% a 100% do substrato a partir da extremidade axial de entrada até a extremidade axial de saída, e uma camada de washcoat superior revestida no comprimento de 60 a 100% do substrato a partir da extremidade axial de entrada ou da extremidade axial de saída ou ambas as extremidades do substrato, de modo que a camada superior cubra pelo menos 60% do comprimento da camada de washcoat inferior, em que pelo menos parte da camada de washcoat superior e/ou da camada de washcoat inferior compreende uma primeira e uma segunda porção, em que a primeira porção começa na extremidade axial de entrada ou na extremidade axial de saída do substrato e exibe uma concentração de metal do grupo da platina de 2 a 100 vezes maior do que a concentração de um metal do grupo da platina na segunda porção, em que a primeira porção compreende 5 a 50% do volume de substrato e exibe uma disposição de zona axial e/ou radial tridimensional começando a partir da extremidade axial de entrada ou da extremidade axial de saída ou ambas, em que a carga de metal do grupo da platina na primeira porção é 0,35 a 35,31 g/l.
