Abstract

FORMULAÇÕES COMPREENDENDO UM MINERAL E/OU UMA VITAMINA E UM POLISSACARÍDEO, COMPOSIÇÕES DOS MESMOS E USO DOS MESMOS NA SUPLEMENTAÇÃO DO REFERIDO MINERAL E/OU VITAMINA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação de forma sólida baseada em um nutriente compreendendo: (a) um mineral ou uma vitamina (b) um fosfolipídio, (c) um primeiro agente selecionado de (c-i) carragenina e (c-ii) goma acácia, e, opcionalmente, (d) um sucrester e/ou (e) um amido de origem de planta. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição compreendendo pelo menos uma das referidas formulações e o uso das mesmas no tratamento de uma deficiência do referido mineral e/ou vitamina. Por último, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação das referidas formulações ou composições.
