MÉTODOS PARA PERFIL DE GLICOPROTEÍNAS E PARA DETECTAR A VARIAÇÃO DE PROTEÍNAS ENTRE AS AMOSTRAS. A presente divulgação refere-se à glicoproteômica. Mais especificamente, a presente divulgação fornece métodos para determinar uma ou mais das glicoproteínas, sítios de glicosilação, fragmentos glicopeptídicos e composições de glicanos de ambas as proteínas de membrana e citosólicas. Os métodos neste documento empregam um único método de processamento que permite a extração de proteínas de membrana e citosólicas para a identificação e análise de glicosilação de células inteiras, independentes da espécie ou do tipo de amostra.
