Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO PARA INIBIR HEMÓLISE DE GLÓBULOS VERMELHOS POR SAPONINA, COMPOSIÇÃO PARA APRIMORAMENTO DA IMUNIDADE, COMPOSIÇÃO PARA LIBERAÇÃO DE FÁRMACO, VEÍCULO DE LIBERAÇÃO DE FÁRMACO E COMPLEXO FÁRMACO-VEÍCULO. É revelado um lipossoma catiônico tendo o efeito de inibição de hemólise de glóbulos vermelhos induzida por saponina. Mais particularmente, revelam-se uma composição para inibir hemólise de glóbulos vermelhos por saponina compreendendo um lipossoma catiônico contendo um lipídio insaturado, uma composição para aprimoramento de imunidade e uma composição para liberação de fármacos compreendendo a composição para inibir hemólise de glóbulos vermelhos por saponina e um veículo de liberação de fármacos e um complexo fármaco-veículo compreendendo um lipossoma catiônico contendo um lipídio insaturado. A saponina exibe uma ampla faixa de atividades farmacológicas e biológicas, tais como atividade anti-inflamatória etc., incluindo atividade imunológica forte e eficaz e assim é efetivamente usada medicamente e farmaceuticamente, mas tem a desvantagem de causar hemólise em glóbulos vermelhos. Embora a saponina seja, em geral, usada junto com colesterol, etc. para inibir a hemólise de saponina, confirma-se na presente invenção que a hemólise de glóbulos vermelhos por saponina pode ser inibida usando um lipossoma catiônico, o que é mais eficaz e econômico na inibição da hemólise de saponina.
