Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE MODIFICAÇÃO DE GOSTO E USOS DAS MESMAS. A presente revelação, em geral, se refere a diversas formulações e usos do composto: N-(heptan-4-il)benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-carboxamida, que também é chamada no presente documento uma TM1 e sais comestivelmente aceitáveis da mesma. Em alguns aspectos, a revelação fornece composições que incluem TM1, ou um sal comestivelmente aceitável da mesma. Em algumas modalidades, as composições são composições passíveis de serem ingeridas, incluindo, porém, sem limitação, alimento empacotado e produtos para beber.
