Abstract

PNEU DE CAMINHÃO COM PRODUTOS DE TALÃO EXTERIOR RÍGIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um pneu de caminhão pesado que é fornecido com um desenho de talão que tem um núcleo de talão e uma folha de reforço que se enrola ao redor de uma seção do núcleo de talão e tem uma folha de revestimento de retorno. Está presente o enchimento de talão que tem uma porção radialmente para fora do núcleo de talão e axialmente para dentro a partir da folha de revestimento de retorno. Está presente uma camada de enrijecimento que tem uma porção localizada para fora a partir da folha de revestimento de retorno. O talão tem uma primeira camada de talão com uma porção entre a folha de revestimento de retorno e a camada de enrijecimento e uma segunda camada de talão que tem uma porção para fora a partir da camada de enrijecimento. A rigidez da primeira e da segunda camadas de talão é de 8 MPa a 14 MPa. A rigidez do enchimento de talão é menor do que a rigidez da primeira e da segunda camadas de talão.
