Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA REFORÇAR OXICOMBUSTÍVEL SINCRONIZADO DE UM FORNO DE FUSÃO DE VIDRO REGENERATIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método para reforçar oxicombustível sincronizado de um forno de fusão de vidro regenerativo que inclui primeiro e segundo conjuntos de queimadores de ar-combustível regenerativos, um primeiro queimador de oxicombustível de estágio duplo montado em uma primeira parede, e um segundo queimador de oxicombustível de estágio duplo montado em uma segunda parede, em que cada queimador de oxicombustível tem uma válvula de oxigênio primário para repartir um fluxo de oxigênio entre oxigênio primário e oxigênio estagiado e uma válvula de modo de estagiamento para repartir o fluxo de oxigênio estagiado entre uma porta de estagiamento superior e uma porta de estagiamento inferior no respectivo queimador, e um controlador programado para controlar a válvula de oxigênio primário e a válvula de modo de estagiamento de cada um dentre o primeiro e o segundo queimadores de oxicombustível para ajustar características de chama do primeiro e do segundo queimadores de oxicombustível dependendo do estado de operação do forno.
