Abstract

DERIVAÇÃO OTIMIZADA DO ANALITO PARA APLICAÇÃO SINÉRGICA COM O MÉTODO DE ESPONJA DE CRISTAL. A presente invenção refere-se a método de preparação de amostras (100) que inclui: fornecer uma amostra (10) compreendendo uma molécula orgânica (20), em que a molécula orgânica (20) compreende um grupo alvo (21), em que o grupo alvo (21) é um grupo nucleofílico e/ou um grupo ácido; uma etapa de derivação (110) compreendendo: derivação do grupo alvo (21) da molécula orgânica (20) com uma fração (31) compreendendo um ou mais entre (i) um grupo contendo hidrocarboneto e (ii) um grupo contendo um átomo do 3º período, em que o átomo do 3º período é selecionado do grupo composto de Si, P e S, fornecendo assim uma molécula orgânica derivada (30); uma etapa de separação (120) compreendendo: submeter a amostra (10) a um processo de separação para fornecer uma fração (35) compreendendo a molécula orgânica derivada (30); e uma etapa de preparação (130) compreendendo: introduzir a molécula orgânica derivada (30) em um cristal único poroso (40), para fornecer uma molécula orgânica derivada dopada de cristal único poroso (50).
