composição de partículas magnéticas, uso da composição de partículas magnéticas para separação de ácidos nucleicos, kit para obtenção da composição de partículas magnéticas, partículas magnéticas, sal caotrópico, e método de separação e purificação. a presente invenção refere-se à composição de partículas magnéticas (e) contendo: partículas magnéticas (c) possuindo partículas de núcleo (p) que são partículas magnéticas de sílica contendo partículas magnéticas de óxido metálico (a), e um sal caotrópico (d), em que a proporção em peso das partículas magnéticas de óxido metálico (a) contidas nas partículas de núcleo (p) é pelo menos 60% em peso com base no peso das partículas de núcleo (p), e o coeficiente de variação na distribuição de tamanhos de partículas nas partículas magnéticas (c) é 5-50%.
