Abstract

CÁPSULAS COMPOSTÁVEIS E PRODUÇÃO E USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a cápsulas compostáveis para a preparação de uma bebida, especialmente uma bebida quente, as quais compreendem: - um material do núcleo composto de um material a granel, especialmente selecionado do grupo que consiste em café em pó, chá, cacau, chocolate para beber, leite em pó, café instantâneo e a sopa desidratada e as combinações destes, e - um material de cobertura que encerra o material do núcleo, em que o material de cobertura é um polissacarídeo não reticulado compostável.
