Abstract

MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE COQUETEL ENZIMÁTICO. A presente invenção trata de um método de produção de coquetel enzimático a partir de um meio de cultura aprimorado, que permite a produção no local (on-site), além de garantir sustentabilidade e eficiência na produção enzimática. O método compreende o cultivo de fungo (preferencialmente Trichoderma reesei) modificado geneticamente, com pelo menos superexpressão do fator de transcrição Xyr1, conforme definido na SEQ ID NO: 1; em meio de cultura constituído de levedura e pelo menos uma fonte de carbono. Após determinado tempo de cultivo, o meio de cultura obtido apresenta atividade enzimática de interesse.
