sistema para rastrear e avaliar a condição de elementos refratários substituíveis em uma instalação metalúrgica e método implementado por pelo menos um processador. sistema para rastrear e avaliar a condição de elementos refratários substituíveis em uma instalação metalúrgica compreendendo: a) uma pluralidade de recipientes metalúrgicos identificáveis (1), tais como panelas, em que cada um dos referidos recipientes metalúrgicos identificáveis compreende elementos refratários removíveis (1p), tais como placas de válvula de gaveta deslizantes; b) uma pluralidade de elementos refratários de substituição (1r), em que cada elemento refratário de substituição compreende uma etiqueta de identificação legível por máquina (1t) compreendendo dados de identificação do elemento refratário; c) uma estação de leitura (2), tal como uma bancada de rfid, para ler as etiquetas de identificação legíveis por máquina (1t) de um elemento refratário de substituição (1d) posicionado em uma zona de leitura (21) da estação de leitura (2); d) uma ferramenta de condição de refratário (3) para avaliar a condição de elementos refratários acoplados a qualquer um dos referidos recipientes metalúrgicos (1); e) uma unidade de monitoramento (4) conectável à estação de leitura (2) e à ferramenta de condição de refratário (3).
