Niniejsze ujawnienie przedstawione na rysunku dotyczy sposobu kontroli bezpieczeństwa pociągu oraz układu do kontroli bezpieczeństwa. Sposób kontroli bezpieczeństwa pociągu oparty na układzie do identyfikacji pociągu zawierającym element do zdalnego wykrywania, jest skonfigurowany do uzyskania ogólnych informacji o cechach pociągu, który jest kontrolowany, przez monitorowanie zdalne oraz moduł do identyfikacji, skonfigurowany do oceniania co najmniej jednego spośród typu pociągu, który jest kontrolowany, i stanu przemieszczania pociągu, który jest kontrolowany, zgodnie z uzyskanymi ogólnymi informacjami o cechach, przy czym sposób obejmuje ocenę co najmniej jednego spośród typu i stanu przemieszczania pociągu, który jest kontrolowany oraz poddanie kontroli stanu roboczego wyposażenia do kontroli zgodnie z oceną co najmniej jednego spośród typu i stanu przemieszczania pociągu, który jest kontrolowany.
