Abstract
métodos para selecionar uma célula ou um vírus, determinar a sequência de um ácido nucleico, produzir uma célula que expressa um ácido nucleico e tratar um sujeito, célula imune selecionada e método para selecionar uma célula imune. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para selecionar uma célula ou um vírus que expressa em sua superfície uma proteína de ligação ao antígeno que se liga especificamente a um antígeno de proteína de interesse (pai), enquanto se aplica contrasseleção usando um antígeno de proteína semelhante (spa). além disso, a invenção fornece um método para determinar a sequência de um ácido nucleico que codifica uma proteína de ligação ao antígeno ou uma parte de ligação ao antígeno da mesma e um método para a produção de uma célula que expressa um ácido nucleico que codifica uma proteína de ligação ao antígeno ou uma parte de ligação ao antígeno parte da mesma. a invenção também refere-se a um método para tratar um sujeito com uma população de células selecionada.
