Abstract
método de correção de uma mudança de amplitude em um espectrômetro. trata-se de um método para corrigir uma mudança de amplitude em uma saída de instrumento espectrométrico (300), que compreende: expor uma amostra em um porta-amostras (600) a radiação eletromagnética em uma pluralidade de números de onda; detectar intensidades de absorção eletromagnética na amostra na pluralidade de números de onda; fornecer, a um dispositivo de computador (510), as intensidades de absorção detectadas indexadas contra o número de onda como dados espectrais; e aplicar, no dispositivo de computador (510), uma transformada matemática (icorr) aos dados espectrais para corrigir uma mudança de amplitude na saída do instrumento espectrométrico (300) e calculada determinando-se uma diferença ((sbz)) entre os valores de absorbância em duas faixas de números de onda diferentes em uma primeira derivada de dados espectrais (sbz1) de uma amostra de material zero; e calcular a transformada matemática (icorr) como uma função inversamente dependente da diferença determinada ((sbz))
