Abstract

cartucho compreendendo nicotina e um solvente imiscível em água. a presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho (20) para uso em um sistema gerador de aerossol, o cartucho contendo: uma primeira formulação líquida (34) compreendendo pelo menos um dentre água e um ou mais solventes miscíveis em água; e uma segunda formulação líquida (38) compreendendo um ou mais solventes imiscíveis em água tendo uma solubilidade em água a 20°c menor ou igual a cerca de 100 mg/ml, em que pelo menos uma dentre a primeira formulação líquida e a segunda formulação líquida compreende nicotina. um sistema gerador de aerossol compreendendo: um cartucho (20) contendo uma primeira formulação líquida compreendendo pelo menos um dentre água e um ou mais solventes miscíveis em água, e uma segunda formulação líquida compreendendo um ou mais solventes imiscíveis em água tendo uma solubilidade em água em 20°c inferior ou igual a cerca de 100 mg/ml, em que pelo menos uma dentre a primeira formulação líquida e a segunda formulação líquida compreende nicotina; e um dispositivo gerador de aerossol (10) compreendendo um ou mais atomizadores configurados para gerar um aerossol a partir da primeira formulação líquida e da segunda formulação líquida contida no cartucho (20).
