Abstract
processo de purificação de uma carga hidroalcoólica compreendendo etanol, acetaldeído. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de purificação de uma carga hidroalcoólica, compreendendo: a) uma etapa de extração líquido-líquido em contracorrente, compreendendo uma seção de extração alimentada, no topo, pela dita carga hidroalcoólica e pelo menos uma fração de um refinado intermediário proveniente da etapa b) e, na base, por um solvente de extração, e produzindo, no topo, um fluxo de extração e, na base, um refinado, a dita seção de extração sendo operada a uma temperatura média no extrator compreendida entre 10 e 40ºc; b) uma etapa de contraextração líquido-líquido em contracorrente compreendendo uma seção de contraextração alimentada, no topo, por uma solução aquosa ácida, tendo um ph compreendido entre 0,5 e 5,0, e, na base, pelo fluxo de extração proveniente da etapa a), e produzindo, no topo, um extrato e, na base, o dito refinado intermediário, a dita seção de contraextração sendo operada a uma temperatura média compreendida entre 40 e 80ºc.
