Abstract
método para a preparação de celulose micro ou nano cristalina, produto p1 contendo celulose micro ou nano cristalina, produto p2 contendo celulose nano cristalina, composição de celulose, e, uso da micro ou nano celulose ou da composição de celulose. a invenção se refere a um método para a preparação de composições de celulose micro ou nano cristalina a partir de celulose virgem contendo fases de celulose amorfa e cristalina compreendendo as seguintes etapas: (a) colocar em contato a celulose virgem com um primeiro solvente, distinguido pelo fato de que o primeiro solvente é um solução aquosa compreendendo 40-65% em peso de zncl2 em água, em relação ao peso total de zncl2 e água, (b) dissolver a fase de celulose amorfa, em que a fase de celulose amorfa é preferivelmente dissolvida sobre a fase de celulose cristalina, (c) separar a celulose amorfa dissolvida da celulose cristalina e, preferivelmente, a etapa c, em que a micro ou nano celulose obtida tem estrutura de xrd tipo i, que então pode ser colocada em contato com um segundo solvente compreendendo entre 65 e 90% em peso de zncl2 em água para produzir celulose delaminada com estrutura de xrd tipo ii. a invenção também se refere a celulose micro ou nano cristalina com uma estrutura de xrd tipo i e celulose nano cristalina com uma estrutura de xrd tipo ii ou misturas das mesmas de alta cristalinidade e pureza e usos das mesmas.
