Abstract

caldeira de combustão de resíduo de petróleo e seu método de combustão. a presente invenção refere-se à caldeira de combustão de resíduo de petróleo que inclui: uma câmara de combustão de redução de alta temperatura à qual o combustível de resíduo de petróleo e o ar de combustão primário são fornecidos e na qual a combustão é realizada em uma temperatura de 1.300°c ou mais e uma proporção de ar de menos de um; e uma câmara de combustão de oxidação de baixa temperatura que é conectada à câmara de combustão de redução de alta temperatura e na qual a combustão é realizada em uma temperatura de menos de 1.300°c e uma proporção de ar de um ou mais, um gás auxiliar é fornecido à câmara de combustão de redução de alta temperatura, e o carbono não queimado de um gás de combustão do combustível de resíduo de petróleo está gaseificado por uma reação de gás de água ao usar o vapor, gerado por combustão do gás auxiliar, como o agente gaseificante.
