Abstract

SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS DE IMPRESSÃO DISTRIBUÍDA PARA UTILIZAÇÃO COM CLASSIFICAÇÃO ROBÓTICA AUTOMATIZADA. Um sistema de impressão distribuída para utilização com classificação robótica automatizada tem pelo menos uma célula de trabalho que inclui uma estação de classificação robótica e uma pluralidade de localizações que recebe itens classificados a partir da estação de classificação robótica, com cada uma da pluralidade de localizações tendo uma impressora separada. Cada impressora está configurada para imprimir rótulos relacionados aos itens recebidos pela respectiva localização, em que as impressoras da célula de trabalho são configuradas em uma rede que recebe os dados relacionados aos rótulos a serem impressos nas respectivas localizações. É também incluído um método de utilização de sistema e operação da estação de classificação robótica automatizada para colocar os itens na pluralidade de localizações e enviar para a célula de trabalho os dados relacionados aos rótulos a serem impressos na respectiva pluralidade de localizações pelas impressoras e em associação com os itens recebidos pela respectiva pluralidade de localizações.
