Guide according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the second adjustment means comprises a slide (90) which can be translated horizontally on a projecting edge of said end, the slide comprising fastening means for the drawer or shelf to make the slide and the drawer or shelf integral to each other.

Guide according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the drawer or shelf is made up of joined segments, which are a front segment and three segments that are connected at C to each other, the segments being elements hollow tubulars, each having the ends cut at 45 degrees to coincide with the ends of two other of said segments.

Guide according to claim 9, characterized in that the three segments connected at C are hollow tubular elements, each with the ends cut at 45 degrees to coincide with the ends of the other two segments, and the front segment comprises a wall rigid with two anchoring points that protrude orthogonally from them and each one can be inserted in a respective cavity of a different segment forming the C.
