Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR COMPOSTO DE URACILA CONTENDO ISOXAZOLINA POR METILAÇÃO. A presente invenção pertence ao campo da síntese orgânica, em particular refere-se a um método para preparar um composto de uracila contendo isoxazolina por metilação. O composto de uracila contendo isoxazolina mostrado pela fórmula (I) é preparado por uma reação de metilação de um composto mostrado pela fórmula (II) e o monoclorometano, em um recipiente fechado, na presença de um álcali, um catalisador e um solvente orgânico, a equação de reação para isso é como se segue e a definição de cada grupo na fórmula é como na descrição. O método de preparação proporcionado pela presente invenção pode evitar os danos possivelmente causados pelo uso de iodeto de metila, é seguro e ecologicamente correto, tem um baixo custo e um alto teor de produto, e é adequado para a industrialização.
