Abstract
para abordar as deficiências apresentadas no estado da técnica, a presente invenção provê um sistema e método para prover gerenciamento de irrigação aprimorado através da detecção de nêutrons rápidos. de acordo com uma modalidade preferencial, o detector de nêutrons rápidos da presente invenção inclui um detector de gases nobres baseado em 4-he, uma fonte de energia, um circuito de processamento de sinal e um resistor em série com um pré-amplificador e um amplificador de modelagem para produzir um sinal processado. de acordo com uma outra modalidade preferencial, a presente invenção inclui, ainda, preferencialmente um analisador de canal de sinal e um contador/medidor de taxa de pulso. de acordo com uma outra modalidade preferencial, a presente invenção inclui um controlador que recebe uma contagem de nêutrons rápidos detectados e transforma o número detectado de nêutrons rápidos em um mapa de irrigação indicando os níveis de irrigação necessários para áreas selecionadas de um determinado campo, com base nos níveis de umidade detectados.
