Abstract
a presente invenção fornece um processo para produção de uma composição de polímero pelo menos parcialmente reticulada, tendo um primeiro valor de índice de fusão (mi) e uma primeira resistência à tração, compreendendo as etapas de: a. provimento de um copolímero de etileno acetato de vila (eva), o copolímero eva tendo um segundo valor mi e uma segunda resistência à tração e contendo pelo menos 30% em peso de unidades derivadas de acetato de vinila, b. adição de 0,01 a 0,03% em peso de um peróxido orgânico, onde o peróxido orgânico está diluído em 0,001 a 0,05% em peso de óleo branco, e c. combinação de copolímero eva e o peróxido orgânico em uma temperatura suficiente para iniciar a reticulação. o primeiro valor mi da composição de polímero pelo menos parcialmente reticulada é de menos que 5 g/10 minutos (190°c, 2,16 kg).
