Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de freio eletromagnético (7) para um processo de fabricação de metal. o sistema de freio eletromagnético compreende uma estrutura magnética de dois níveis, em particular uma estrutura de núcleo magnético superior (8) configurada para ser montada a uma porção superior de um molde e uma estrutura de núcleo magnético inferior (13) configurada para ser montada a uma porção inferior de um molde. bobinas laterais (9-1, 9-8) na estrutura magnética superior (8) são configuradas para serem controladas para gerar um primeiro campo magnético em uma primeira direção de campo e bobinas interiores são configuradas para serem controladas para gerar um segundo campo magnético em uma segunda direção de campo, simultaneamente com o primeiro campo magnético. a estrutura de núcleo magnético inferior (13) possui bobinas inferiores (15-1, 15-4) que são configuradas para serem controladas para gerar um terceiro campo magnético na primeira direção simultaneamente à medida que as bobinas laterais e as bobinas interiores geram seus campos.
