Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos monoclonais que se ligam à isoforma CD160-TM. Os inventores desenvolveram novos anticorpos monoclonais que se ligam à isoforma CD160-TM mas não se ligam à isoforma ancorada a GPI CD160 e à isoforma solúvel CD160. Em particular, os anticorpos da presente invenção são adequados para amplificar a ativação de células NK e, portanto, de células NK de funções citotóxicas.
