Abstract
um método e um sistema para o tratamento de lodo em uma usina de polpa química que inclui uma etapa de carbonização hidrotérmica (htc) de uma corrente de lodo, em que a dita corrente de lodo é alimentada em um arranjo de htc e submetida a temperatura e pressão elevadas, produzindo pelo menos uma fração de sólidos, pelo menos uma fração líquida e pelo menos uma fração gasosa; em que a dita fração de sólidos é alimentada em uma caldeira de potência da dita usina de polpa e queimada para gerar vapor; a dita fração líquida é combinada com licor negro fraco da usina de polpa e alimentada em um evaporador de licor negro da dita usina de polpa, e o licor negro concentrado resultante é queimado em uma caldeira de recuperação da dita usina de polpa.
