Abstract
a presente invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo médico implantável (1) compreendendo um invólucro (2) envolvendo um circuito eletrônico e fonte de energia, e uma unidade óptica (3) acoplada de forma estanque ao invólucro, a referida unidade óptica consistindo de: ¿ uma unidade de bloco monolítico (4) feita de um material cerâmico transparente e compreendendo: ¿ uma janela estreita (4w) definida por uma superfície interna e uma superfície externa, ¿ uma estrutura de correspondência externa (4om) para acoplar uma fibra óptica ao bloco monolítico, e ¿ uma estrutura de correspondência interna (4im) para acoplar permanentemente uma unidade de luz, e ¿ uma unidade de luz (5) montada rigidamente na estrutura de correspondência interna (4im) da unidade de bloco monolítico e compreendendo um elemento de luz incluindo um ou mais de entre uma fonte de luz interna (5l) e/ou um fotodetector (5d), em que o elemento de luz e uma fibra óptica encaixada na estrutura de correspondência externa estão em alinhamento com um ponto de referência correspondente (4r) localizado na janela estreita.
