Abstract

um processo para limpeza de uma peneira de rolo transportando e peneirando as partículas por meio de pelo menos três rolos giratórios. os rolos são instalados em sucessão em dadas folgas e dispostos transversalmente em relação à direção de transporte das partículas para selecionar uma faixa desejada de tamanhos de partícula. pelo menos um rolo altera sua velocidade circunferencial e/ou seu sentido de rotação com o passar do tempo em intervalos de tempo definidos para períodos de tempo definidos tal que para esse período de tempo definido para pelo menos um par de rolos vizinhos um rolo tenha uma velocidade circunferencial mais alta do que o outro e/ou ambos os rolos rolam em direções de rotação opostas.
