Abstract
um método para o controle de uma planta (10) para produção contínua de um polímero, em que a planta (10) compreende pelo menos um reator (11) alimentado com pelo menos um primeiro monômero e um segundo monômero, um primeiro extrator (12), um segundo extrator (17), um terceiro extrator (18), pelo menos uma tina de reciclagem (13) dos produtos finos, equipamentos de medição (14) e um sistema de controle compreendendo dispositivos de controle distribuídos (15) controláveis por pelo menos uma unidade de controle e processamento eletrônica (16) com base em uma pluralidade de variáveis de controle, o método de controle compreendendo as seguintes etapas: coletar dados compreendendo parâmetros de receitas, resultados de análises laboratoriais e coeficientes predefinidos armazenados em um banco de dados (40); coletar os dados medidos pelos equipamentos de medição (14); determinar, por meio de um primeiro módulo de cálculo (20), um valor de potencialidade de produção do pelo menos um reator (11); determinar, por meio de um segundo módulo de cálculo (21), a concentração de polímero no pelo menos um reator (11), no primeiro extrator (12) e na pelo menos uma tina de reciclagem dos produtos finos (13); determinar, por meio de um terceiro módulo de cálculo (22), a taxa de fluxo de óleo para alimentação do segundo extrator (17); determinar, por meio de um quarto módulo de cálculo (23), a taxa de fluxo do terminador de cadeia (term) para alimentação do pelo menos um reator (11), controlar a planta (10) com base na pluralidade de variáveis de controle.
