Abstract
Un método para el control de una instalación para la producción continua de un polímero, en donde la instalación comprende al menos un reactor alimentado con al menos un primer monómero y un segundo monómero, un primer separador, un segundo separador, un tercer separador, al menos un tanque de reciclaje de los productos refinados, equipo de cuantificación y un sistema de control que comprende dispositivos de control distribuidos y regulables mediante al menos una unidad de control y procesamiento electrónico basada en múltiples variables de control, el método de control comprende las siguientes etapas: recolección de datos que comprenden parámetros de fórmula, resultados de análisis de laboratorio y coeficientes predefinidos almacenados en una base de datos; recolección de los datos cuantificados por el equipo de cuantificación; determinación, mediante un primer módulo de cálculo de un valor de potencialidad de producción con base en una pluralidad de variables de control del al menos un reactor; determinar, por medio de un segundo módulo de cálculo la concentración de polímero en al menos un reactor, en el primer separador y en al menos un tanque de reciclaje de los productos refinados; determinar, por medio de un tercer módulo de cálculo la velocidad de flujo del aceite para la alimentación del segundo separador; determinar, por medio de un cuarto módulo de cálculo, la velocidad de flujo del terminador de cadena (TERM) para la alimentación del al menos un reactor, el control de la instalación basándose en la pluralidad de variables de control.
