a presente invenção refere-se a uma capa de cone cônica (1) para doces congelados, que compreende uma ponta de fundo (2) e uma borda de topo (3), sendo que a dita borda de topo forma uma abertura circular adequada para receber uma tampa (4); sendo que a capa de cone (1) compreende linhas de enfraquecimento (7a, 7b) definindo uma tira de rasgamento (5) com uma aba de rasgamento (6) em sua parte superior, e a capa de cone (1) compreende adicionalmente ao menos duas aberturas (8a e 8b), ao menos uma em cada lado da tira de rasgamento (5) definindo a parte da aba de rasgamento (6) da tira de rasgamento (5). a invenção se refere também ao uso de tais capas de cone como um recipiente de embalagem para um cone de wafer preenchido com um doce congelado. a invenção se refere-se adicionalmente a uma folha virgem para formação de uma capa adequada para embalar um cone de sorvete, sendo que a folha virgem tem uma beirada superior que é curva ao menos em parte, duas bordas laterais, ao menos duas aberturas localizadas próximo à beirada superior e duas linhas de enfraquecimento que se estendem das aberturas radialmente até a beirada superior.
