Abstract
"método para filtrar água" um método para operar uma unidade de filtração compreendendo um vaso de filtração contendo pelo menos um elemento de filtração de extremidade fechada, o elemento de filtração, ou cada elemento de filtração, composto por uma pluralidade de membranas de microfiltração ou ultrafiltração de fibra oca, em que: durante a filtração, a água de alimentação contendo material particulado suspenso é fornecida simultaneamente para o interior das fibras ocas através de ambas as extremidades das mesmas e o filtrado é removido do exterior das fibras ocas através de uma saída do elemento de filtração (ou elementos de filtração); e durante a retrolavagem, a água de retrolavagem é fornecida para o exterior das fibras ocas através da saída do elemento de filtração (ou elementos de filtração) e, em um primeiro ciclo de retrolavagem, a água de retrolavagem contendo material particulado arrastado é descarregada do interior das fibras ocas a partir de uma extremidade das mesmas; e, em um segundo ciclo de retrolavagem, a água de retrolavagem contendo material particulado arrastado é descarregada do interior das fibras ocas a partir da outra extremidade das mesmas; e em que o primeiro e o segundo ciclos de retrolavagem podem ser realizados em qualquer ordem.
