a presente invenção refere-se a tecnologias hidrometalúrgicas, nas quais uma extração líquido-líquido, também chamada de extração por solvente, é usada para separar e concentrar íons metálicos. mais particularmente, a invenção se refere à extração por solvente de cobre e de um diluente útil na extração por solvente de cobre. a invenção proporciona uma composição à base de material biológico, que satisfaz as propriedades físico-químicas que são necessárias para a extração por solvente. além disso, a invenção proporciona uma composição que, além de fornecer uma alternativa mais favorável ao ambiente, também melhora o processo de extração por solvente de cobre.
