Abstract
é fornecido um catalisador de craqueamento catalítico fluidizado de zeólita que passiva níquel e vanádio durante o craqueamento catalítico. o catalisador de craqueamento catalítico fluidizado de zeólita inclui y-faujasita cristalizada in situ a partir de uma microesfera calcinada que contém metacaulim. o catalisador de craqueamento catalítico fluidizado de zeólita inclui ainda uma matriz que contém alumina obtida através da calcinação de uma boemita cristalina dispersível e um caulim contido na microesfera calcinada que contém metacaulim, em que a boemita cristalina dispersível possui um tamanho de cristalita inferior a 500 å. também são fornecidos um método para reduzir o coque de contaminação e os rendimentos de hidrogênio e um método de craqueamento catalítico de matérias primas de hidrocarbonetos pesados.
