Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de enchimento de uma câmara com macroesferas flutuantes que compreende colocar uma massa das esferas em uma cavidade do molde. na cavidade do molde, embalagem das esferas é otimizada para formar uma massa idealmente embalada, seguida fixando as esferas na massa idealmente embalada para formar um bloco. o bloco é então transferido da cavidade do molde na câmara enquanto as esferas do bloco permanecem fixadas na massa idealmente embalada. este método permite a produção de um elemento flutuante compreendendo um invólucro definindo uma câmara interna que contém uma massa de macroesferas flutuantes cada uma com um diâmetro externo de, pelo menos, 5mm, embalada com um fator de embalagem de, pelo menos, 50%.
