Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a um método que compreende as seguintes etapas: prover uma camada inferior elasticamente compressível (2); aquecer a referida camada inferior e colocá-la em um molde de tal maneira a molda-la para formar uma camada elástica de um sistema de isolamento do tipo mola-massa; e associá-la a uma camada superior (3), formando a massa do sistema mola-massa. de acordo com a invenção, a camada inferior compreende uma mistura de flocos de espuma elasticamente compressíveis (4), os referidos flocos formando pelo menos 80% em peso da camada inferior e sendo misturados com fibras aglutinantes (5), as referidas fibras compreendendo um núcleo, que pode ou não ser fundível a uma temperatura elevada, e uma bainha que é fundível a uma temperatura moderada, os referidos flocos sendo unidos uns aos outros por meio da fusão da bainha formando um aglutinante, de modo que a camada inferior assuma a forma de uma espuma unida.
