Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de uma espuma sólida termofixa, compreendendo as etapas sucessivas seguintes: (a) disponibilizar uma composição expansível e termofixável contendo - um primeiro reagente escolhido entre os açúcares redutores, - um segundo reagente escolhido entre as aminas primárias, os sais de adição de ácido de aminas primárias, as aminas secundárias, os sais de adição de ácido de aminas secundárias, os sais de amônio de fórmula rn-(nh4+)n, onde n é um número inteiro pelo menos igual a 1 e rn- representa o resíduo de um ácido orgânico ou mineral, (b) introduzir a composição expansível e termofixável em um molde ou aplicação da composição expansível sobre um suporte de um filme de uma espessura pelo menos igual a 1 mm, (c) aquecer a composição expansível e termofixável a uma temperatura pelo menos igual a 140°c, de modo a fazer reagir o primeiro reagente com o segundo reagente e formar, por polimerização e espumação química, um bloco de espuma sólida termofixa. ela refere-se igualmente às espumas termofixas à base de melanoidinas susceptíveis de serem fabricadas por este processo.
