Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um método e um aparelho para aplicar os elementos de redução de ruídos aos pneus para rodas de veículo. elementos de redução de ruídos (12), todos iguais uns aos outros, são alimentados em sucessão em um transportador (20) conforme um trajeto predeterminado e são orientados no trajeto predeterminado todos no mesmo modo. pneus (2) de tamanhos diferentes (c, p) são alimentados em sucessão em um transportador (20) até uma estação de aplicação (34). na estação de aplicação (34), os elementos de redução de ruídos (12) são selecionados a partir do transportador (20) e aplicados às superfícies radialmente internas dos pneus (2). a aplicação compreende: arranjar os elementos de redução de ruídos (12) com a maior dimensão (l) direcionada em uma direção circunferencial ou arranjar os elementos de redução de ruídos (12) com a maior dimensão (l) direcionada em uma direção axial como uma função dos tamanhos (c, p) do pneu (2) em que são aplicados.
