Abstract
método para produzir uma manta fibrosa (1), que pode ser instalada em um componente de um veículo provido de um motor de combustão interna para isolar acusticamente e/ou termicamente o componente. o método compreende as etapas de: proporcionar um núcleo fibroso (2) consistindo em pelo menos um feixe fibroso (f1) que se estende ao longo de uma direção que é aproximadamente paralela a um eixo geométrico longitudinal (a); envolver a superfície externa do núcleo fibroso (2) por meio de um feixe fibroso (f2) que se estende ao longo de uma direção que é aproximadamente transversal ao feixe (f1) do núcleo fibroso (2), provendo assim pelo menos uma luva de contenção fibrosa tubular externa (3) que se estende, por sua vez, ao longo do eixo geométrico longitudinal (a) e cobre a superfície externa do núcleo fibroso (2) para prender o núcleo fibroso (2) na mesma.
