Abstract
para fornecer uma válvula piezoelétrica que tenha capacidade de resposta superior durante a abertura da válvula e tenha capacidade de estabilizar um fornecimento de gás em um estágio inicial, a válvula piezoelétrica da presente invenção inclui uma câmara de pressão de gás, adaptada para receber gás comprimido fornecido externamente, e um percurso de escape, adaptado para descarregar o gás comprimido da câmara de pressão de gás, a válvula piezoelétrica incluindo adicionalmente: um disco de válvula colocado na câmara de pressão de gás e adaptado para abrir e fechar o percurso de escape; um elemento piezoelétrico adaptado para gerar uma força de acionamento necessária para a operação do disco de válvula, tal como um deslocamento; um mecanismo de ampliação de deslocamento adaptado para ampliar o deslocamento do elemento piezoelétrico e aplicar o deslocamento ampliado ao disco de válvula; e meio de acionamento que inclui um gerador de sinal adaptado para gerar um sinal que inclui um primeiro pré-pulso, um segundo pré-pulso e um pulso principal, aplica uma tensão de acionamento ao elemento piezoelétrico utilizando o sinal gerado pelo gerador de sinal, como um sinal de entrada para um circuito de acionamento, e aciona e abre o disco de válvula ao expandir o elemento piezoelétrico.
