Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um processo de adsorção com modulação de temperatura (tsa) para remover um componente alvo de uma mistura de gás (111), sendo o referido processo implementado numa pluralidade de reatores (101, 102, 103), em que cada um dos reatores (101) executa as seguintes etapas: uma etapa de adsorção (a) em que uma corrente de entrada (111) da referida mistura gasosa é colocada em contato com um adsorvente sólido seletivo para o dito componente alvo, de modo a produzir uma primeira corrente de resíduos (112) desprovida do componente alvo; uma etapa de aquecimento (b) para a regeneração do adsorvente introduzido, de modo a produzir uma primeira corrente de saída (115) que contém o componente alvo; uma etapa de resfriamento (c) do adsorvente regenerado, o referido método de tsa compreendendo ainda: i) uma etapa de pré-resfriamento (b1) antes da dita etapa de resfriamento (c), em que o adsorvente regenerado é colocado em contato com uma corrente de resíduos (137), que é produzida pela etapa de adsorção (a) de outro reator (103), e uma segunda corrente de saída (116) do componente alvo é produzida; ii) uma etapa de pré-aquecimento (a1) após a referida etapa de adsorção (a) e antes da dita etapa de aquecimento (b), em que o adsorvente introduzido é colocado em contato com uma corrente de lavagem (126), que é produzida pela etapa de pré-resfriamento de outro reator (102).
