Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma chapa de aço elétrico orientada por grão com uma chapa de aço tendo uma superfície de chapa de aço em que um sulco é formado, cuja direção de extensão intersecta a direção de laminação e cuja direção de profundidade é paralela à direção de espessura da chapa. coagulação de fundido contínua a partir do e paralela ao sulco está presente em ambos os lados do sulco na superfície da chapa de aço. formando um plano virtual em uma altura tendo a frequência maior em uma distribuição de altura de dados de altura obtidos através de medição da superfície da chapa de aço em um intervalo constante em uma região específica incluindo o sulco, o valor de v2/v1 é mais de 0,10 e menos de 0,80, onde v1 é o volume espacial de um recesso recuado a partir do plano virtual e v2 é o volume de uma protrusão se projetando a partir do plano virtual. uma pluralidade de projeções é formada na região específica, e a largura da projeção mais próxima do sulco dentre a pluralidade de projeções é maior do que a largura das outras projeções. quando a região na qual a altura média mais alta na direção de extensão na distribuição de altura é vista em uma seção transversal longitudinal do sulco incluindo a direção de extensão e a direção de espessura da chapa, a rugosidade média ra de uma curva de rugosidade formando a superfície da região é 0,30-2,00 µm e o comprimento médio rsm de um elemento de curva de rugosidade formando a superfície da região é 10-150 µm.
