resumo patente de invenção: "método de pré-controlar formas de cabeça e cauda de placa de fundição contínua para reduzir quantidade cortada da cabeça e cauda de placa intermediária de laminação a quente". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de pré-controle de formas de cabeça e cauda de placas de fundição contínua para reduzir a quantidade removida da cabeça e cauda de placa intermediária laminada a quente. por meio de um processo de pré-controle de corte para as formas de cabeça e cauda de placa de fundição contínua a placa é cortada em uma forma tal que sua superfície extremidade cabeça afunda para dentro e sua superfície extremidade de cauda extrusa no sentido do exterior da placa. no processo de pré-controle de corte as formas de cabeça e cauda da placa são cortadas de acordo com a curva que é simétrica de maneira linear em relação ao centro da largura da placa e à altura do arco (isto é, o valor máximo da porção que afunda da cabeça ou a porção que extrusa da cauda) é controlada na faixa de 0 mm até 50 mm. de tal maneira o comprimento das porções de deformação não uniformes da cabeça e cauda da placa intermediária pode ser reduzido de maneira significativa, e assim é conseguida a redução da quantidade removida da cabeça e cauda da placa intermediária laminada a quente.
