Abstract
a presente invenção provê uma folha de fibras reforçadas que exibe uma forma estável e propriedades de aumento de volume favoráveis, um método para a fabricação da mesma, e um corpo moldado de resina reforçada com fibras. a folha de fibras reforçadas de acordo com a presente invenção compreende uma pluralidade de feixes de fibras reforçadas que são dispostos em uma direção, em que a primeira e a segunda camadas de feixe de fibras reforçadas, em que não há nenhuma força de ligação direta entre feixes de fibras reforçadas dentro de uma camada, são dispostas de modo a ter orientação de fibras mutuamente distintas, e são integralmente formadas por estarem fixas entre si usando-se elementos de fixação, satisfazendo as condições de satisfação (i) e (ii). (i) superfícies de fixação da primeira e da segunda camadas de feixe de fibras reforçadas têm seções de fixação que incluem pelo menos um elemento de fixação, e uma área de superfície média s1 de 100 mm2. (ii) nas seções de fixação, a razão de área de superfície dos elementos de fixação para a seção de fixação é de 0,1% a 80%, inclusive.
