Abstract

em suma, a presente invenção se refere a um arranjo de barramento (1) para fazer contato elétrico com pelo menos um módulo semicondutor (2), em que o arranjo de barramento (1) tem pelo menos dois barramentos (11), em que os barramentos (11) são arranjados de uma maneira mutualmente sobreposta pelo menos em uma região de sobreposição (13) do arranjo de barramento (1), em que os barramentos (11) são eletricamente isolados entre si, em que cada um dos barramentos (11) tem pelo menos uma rede (20) com um elemento de conexão (21), em que as redes (20) dos barramentos (11) são arranjadas sem uma sobreposição. com a finalidade de reduzir a interação entre as conexões do módulo semicondutor ou dos módulos semicondutores, propõem-se a orientação das redes (20) de tal maneira que um primeiro eixo geométrico (31) possa ser formado, sendo que o primeiro eixo geométrico se estende através do elemento de conexão (21) da respectiva rede (20) e até o ponto de uma transição (19) da respectiva rede (20) para a região de sobreposição (13) do arranjo de barramento (1) e em que o primeiro eixo geométrico cruza um segundo eixo geométrico (32), que é formado por uma conexão de dois elementos de conexão (21) das redes (20), em um ângulo entre 0° e 45°, em que cada um dos barramentos (11) tem uma região isolante (14) que é arranjada de modo a reduzir ou impedir uma corrente na rede (20) em uma direção perpendicular ao segundo eixo geométrico (32). a presente invenção se refere adicionalmente a um módulo conversor (3) que compreende um arranjo de barramento (1) desse tipo.
